The Pedro Ximenez Finish is a sensory exploration specially refined for 9 months in ex-Pedro Ximenez casks, promising an aromatic palette of rare complexity. As part of this underwater odyssey, these bottles were successfully immersed 60 meters deep in the sea off the coast of Ouessant. During its stay in the depths, the rum benefited from total darkness and a constant pressure of 7 bars at temperatures ranging from 11 to 13°C. This limited edition of 3,000 bottles offers a unique expression of dynamic ageing, bringing a singular depth to the spirit’s profile.
