To celebrate our 10th anniversary, the Heritage XO stands as a prestigious variation of our Heritage rum, having reached its full maturity after 10 years of ageing. Following our underwater maturation ritual, this exceptional vintage was immersed off the coast of Ouessant, France, at a depth of 60 meters. For several months, the 3,000 limited-edition bottles were subjected to a constant hydrostatic pressure of 7 bars and a unique thermal inertia between 11 and 13°C. This passage in the underwater cellar created a singular alchemy, enhancing the structure and balance of this nectar before its return to the surface.
