Emperor Deep Blue – London Bridge Finish was aged for 9 months at a depth of 60 metres off the island of Ouessant in Brittany. In an underwater cellar, it matured at 11-13°C, in total darkness, with maximum humidity, without oxygen, and at a pressure of 6 bars. Before being submerged, it was matured for 12 months in old Sauternes barrels from Château Clos Haut-Peraguey – Grand Cru Classé 1855.

Nose
Powerful and rich, we can distinguish aromas of honey, exotic fruits and spices.
mouth
Sweet with marked aromas of dried and candied fruits. Afterwards one can taste aromas of caramel and Mara strawberries. The finish is long and greedy with a gentle transition from fruity aromas to chocolaty aromas.

Palo Cartado Sherry Finish
The initial releases of the Deep Blue Editions were the Deep Blue Palo Cortado and Deep Blue Château Pape Clément. These exclusive rums underwent a unique maturation process, being placed in an underwater cellar at a depth of 60 meters for 9 to 12 months off the coast of Ouessant in Brittany.
The Deep Blue Palo Cortado was finished in Palo Cortado barrels for six months prior to its underwater aging. This produced an elegant and refined rum with subtle notes of vanilla, caramelised fruit, and sherry, offering perfect taste and balance
