Emperor
Deep Blue jubilee
Cognac Finish
70CL | 40% ALC./VOL.
Emperor Deep Blue – Jubilee Finish was aged for 9 months at a depth of 60 metres near the island of Ouessant in Brittany, in an underwater cellar. It matured in total darkness, at a constant temperature of 11-13°C, with maximum humidity, without oxygen, and at a pressure of 6 bars (six times atmospheric pressure). Before being immersed, it was matured for 10 months in old barrels of very old cognacs, aged in a damp cellar.

FIRST BATCH :
Deep Blue
Château Pape Clément Finish
The initial releases of the Deep Blue Editions were the Deep Blue Palo Cortado and Deep Blue Château Pape Clément. These exclusive rums underwent a unique maturation process, being placed in an underwater cellar at a depth of 60 meters for 6 months off the coast of Ouessant in Brittany.
Before immersion, this edition was finished in oak barrels that previously held the complex and velvety wines of the Grand Cru Classé Château Pape Clément (Bordeaux). The result was an extraordinarily rich rum with unique tannins and exceptional smoothness, complemented by warm, spicy notes.
